Bug description:

All abilities which build some stacks on hit , arent working if target is shielded a.k.a dmg is fully absorbed.

Its still hit , it should give proc even tho dmg of the hit is fully absorbed lets say by shield , the only scenario where you shouldnt get any proc / stack etc is if target is IMMUNE , not ABSORB

Theres so many spells which builds stacks just a few mentions > those 2 up there , stormbriger { allready reported } , mby flurry procs from frostbolts etc etc.

it seems like function that if full hit is absorbed is counted as immune a.k.a ignored attack meaning no proc from anything, even tho if dmg is partially absorbed { for example earthen shield totem } it works fine, if u need more proofs with more abilities { which is like 40 } i can provide , but definitelly not all , i hope u get the point

Mongoose Fury is not a proc, so that works. Fixed way of the mok'nathal.

Problem is that you'll have to create a separate topic for each such spell, because it's not a "general" behavior. Most spells should NOT proc from damage with absorbs up (hex, poly, etc, those only break on actual damage => they are procs).
