[FIXED] Hunters expertise

WoW Freakz spell link: cant realy find the real link - Expertise- (hunters, havent checked for other classes)
Bug description: even with expertise hard cap (boss cap) 7,5 %, mobs (lvl88-92-boss) can dodge (and they do very often) special attacks.
Proof:
2 screenshots - mob did dodge-

Screenshot while i was still in combat with same mob (check time near map) as proof that i had expertise cap when it happened

Fixed, it seems it got broken couple of days ago when I made general fixes to expertise
