Bug description: Artifact offhands (for specs that have in their mainhand the main artifact) or mainhands (for specs that have in their offhand the main artifact, such as affliction wl) can disappear after switching specs or in some other rare cases.

Fixed all of the known underlying issues, it should not happen anymore.

In case it does, or it ALREADY did happen to you, all you have to do is to manually unequip the main artifact (don't do this via spec change or anything, just simply unequip it) and then reequip it (again, not via spec change, just right click it simply), and you'll get back your missing part.

Fix will go live with the next restart counting from now.
