[FIXED] [Item] Draught of Souls jump bug

Bug description: If you use draught of souls you have about 10% chance to be stuck in midair at the end. This is really annoying and makes you unable to jump.
In dungeons this can also be extremely punishing for example some stairs prevent you from going up without jumping and in cos/dht you have to jump on multiple points to skip trash.
With this bug you need to wait 1:20 to use dos again only to unbug you or you have priest in grp to levitate you.

This mostly happens as I noticed when you draught a target and he dies in the middle of draught. I maybe wrong but this is what I saw.

This screenshow was taken after ashgolem where i had a full 3 sec duration draught on the boss.

Nevertheless I tested multiple things like jumping, having target die or interrupting it with ESC. The bug appears to be totally random from my point of view.

Confirmed, happens aswell on my Monk with DoS, only way to fix it is to reuse DoS.
