WoW Freakz item link: Its about Factions sets what should be obtainable in Garison (WoD) War Mill / Dwarwen Bunker (sry having no link here ,database is not wowking now)
Bug description: Npc is There ,but you cant trade with him

Both of these sets should be obtainable there for scraps and parts from dungeons.

I want to reply to this topic as well - https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Orgrimmar-set-not-converting-to-stormwind-set-when-sent-to-alliance-char-t492434.html ,because he is wrong ,this set is just cosmetic item ,and if u get it on one faction ,you will have hit at other faction as well (just helmet u need to buy on Alliance ) I can speak from my own experience ,cause i played retail on WoD and u can dig at battle.net forum as well and they confirms it https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/15537126153

So before you reject anything ,try to discover if you have trusted information ,or someone who really played reatail in the first play. No offence ,but u shouldnt say something for certain if it is wrong.
