[FIXED] [Item] Fix not working as intended for Ei'thas, Lunar Glides of Eramas

Bug description: The boots should increase the duration on each renewing mist(https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=115151&&name=renewing-mist) i have on raid players by 5 seconds.For example if I have renewing mist on 3 players , player A has a renewing mist with 12 seconds remaining , player B has one with 16 and player C one with 5 seconds , and i use Rising Sun Kick and the target auto attacks , player A should have 17 seconds remaining , player B 21 seconds and player C 10 seconds. The proc should also increase the duration of Essence Font's HoT duration(https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=231633&&name=essence-font). In the video you will clearly see how I have the boots equipped and that i apply Renewing Mist both on me and my party member and after i use Rising Sun Kick the duration of the HoT increases for me but the Druid has the exact same duration.
