Bug description: When I try to buy heirloom by the guild vendor it says "My guild needs be level 20 to buy heirlooms".

Tried today to buy Head and Back from the Guild Vendor, it says that the Guild need lvl 20 for Head and lvl 10 for back.

Shocker fixed only the mounts.

I think he forgot about the heirlooms.
