Bug description: The quest this comes from, Arcane Legacy, from the Stonetalon Mountains, is supposed to be used to trap enemies, except if you don't turn it in, you can use the box to instantly kill anyone, even your own player. You don't get any xp for the kill, but you can get achievements. (Apologies to Bhu, the PC I had to kill to test this)
