Bug description: Item is not getting procced by hots of druid.

This is what i thought too but when i went to a mythic keystone it procs to all 5 of us , i think theres a modifier that it procs on effective healing only not overheals hence the "healing effects" sentence on the description of the trinket? the problem was even if i have the charges to 5 and my HP went down below 50% it does not consume any charge and does no healing EXCEPT when you got melee/auto attack by a mob , it only trigggers from that.

Thanks for taking your time to report this issue:

Leaving aside the current issues with Highfather trigger threshold, it is true that HoT effects are currently unable to proc it, while they should, and this is true for the majority of HoT effects, not just druids.
