Bug description: When you are using Crusade the legendary should give you a buff https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=206338&&name=chain-of-thrayn but it dosent.

In this video(at 24:13) when the player pops crusade he gets 2 buffs: Crusade and Cahin of Thrayn (couldnt find a more representetive one sorry)
