Bug description: Someone screwed up the fix badly. If you don't have the shoulders looted,Dark Transformation still procs the efect as if you had the shoulders looted. Instead,if you have the shoulders,the efect still doesn't work.
Proof: Can be easily tested by using Dark Transformation as it should give your pet the buff without having the shoulders.

You are right about it working without the shoulders, but you are not right about it NOT working while having the shoulders. The buff itself works properly. Fixed the other issue
