Bug description: this trinket has 2 parts
part 1: increase healing by 15%. (Its working)
part 2: 50% overhealing redistributed to nearby injured players. (its not working well)
Proof: u can test it this way

1. add someone in ur party
2. ask him to hurt himself
3. now turn trinket on
4. heal urself when u are at full health
5. now check ur friend recive any heal or not

trinket should redirect at least 10% of ur overheals to ur friend, but this is not gonna happen ...

Second Proof: we were in fight at [Elerethe Renferal] Mythic
i had 97M Healing Done end of the fight and i used my trinket more than 3 times when raids were under huge damaged.
i even cast [Divine Hymn] under my trinket helpful buff and just look at my SS

its not work correctly.
