Some of those logs are from 7.2.5...

Also, it has 66.6 Scaling Factor both on AskMrRobot and for us, so it should be the same. Will do some tests myself

I can confirm too as Paladin Retribution..yesterday i`ve tried this potion in nh hc . Prepot`ed and pot, it did not more than 3m dmg..I also checked today at dummy in burst and did very poorly.

The damage depends on your Haste. The larger the base RPPM, the more Haste affects it. We are talking about 20 haste based RPPM. The damage itself is correct, the number of procs is what you are missing. As I said, I will test it and check it

If you look at the nr of procs they got on those logs, it's like 35 procs per cast, which is really weird, as the spell has 20 RPPM, meaning it should proc 20 times per minute. Even if you have 15 stacks of crusade and Time Warp, you'd get only around 120-130%, making it 40-45 procs per minute, but the pot itself has a duration of 25 seconds, so you should get only 16-18 procs in that 25 seconds. It's beyond me how those people got 38 procs with a single cast...

The damage itself is fine, they get around 500k max crit, I get around the same with an iLvl 890 fury warrior, not even properly geared.
