Bug description: Random enchancements does not work. This item was obtained in world quest. Probably this is not an issue of a single item?

We are working on a fix to address this issue. All pieces of gear that should have secondary stats WILL have them once the fix is live, even if they dropped without. Meaning you won't lose anything.
