[FIXED] [Item] Random stats too high / not working on some items

Some examples of items:
- Eye of Guarm
- Fearless Gladiator's Dragonhide Gloves
- Vindictive Gladiator's Accolade of Conquest
- Imbued Silkweave Bracers

There were a lot of bugs with random stats so we decided to fully rewrite the system and make it BLIZZLIKE. Here is a list of some of the bugs fixed:

• we now have correct stats combinations on all items, no more invalid "X + Y" stat combination on an item that doesn't support it. Some items only support single random stats for example (Only Haster/Mastery/etc) while others support combinations (Haste + Mastery/etc). This means some of your items will get NEW stats
  
• we now have correct stats values (most of you already know the random stats were very high in some cases, especially on PvP items, and caused a lot of imbalance)
  
• some of the items didn't have their random stats set at all. First time when you login all your items will have all their random stats regenerated, so this fix works for old items too
  
• we know some of the donors bought PvP items specifically for the bugged stats and will now complain. You will still be able to change your random stats for free on the website shop, but you will be able to choose only the stats that the item support, no more general stats combinations. This is also a good news because you can now also choose VERSATILITY. Also, when we enable the 7.2.5 shop you will be able to upgrade your item for free to a 7.2.5 item, either PvE or PvP
  
• you will be able to see all the possible random stats combinations for each item on the item finder
  
• if you have items in auction house please cancel the auctions, get the items in your bags and relog so random stats can correctly be generated on them
