[FIXED] [Item] Recipe: Demonsteel Stirrups doesnt drop for blacksmiths with high drop rate or 100%

Bug description: Recipe should drop at 100% or hightened % for blacksmiths from many legion mobs (Unicorns, griffons, etc) and Jojo the Palestrider the main mob that its hunt for it doesnt even spawn. and neither Devious Sunrunner & Sinister Leyrunner do drop it either in its right rate.
Proof: It just doesn't drop.

First of all bring in proof next time or someone will Reject this immediately,
as for the recipe a lot of them are 2% and below on dropping and as for JoJo, the Palestrider, yes it is Confirmed that it does drop 100% as stated via wiki
