Bug description: Withered Hungerer need to have 100% chance drop for Starlight Rose, not 0,01%.

In Retail is 100% drop chance Proof: Starlight Rose
It was 100% before on Freakz until it was downrated at 0.01 without proof / anounce

Downrate wasn't announced from 100% to 0.01%. The drop chance is supposed to be 100%, since when you are farming Starlight Roses, there is a chance that a Withered Hungerer would spawn, droping 4-6 Starlight Roses.

Edit: After doing some more research, the adds are supposed to be spawned on Broken Shore.
