Bug description: Clicking the Sludge Pile ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=208343&&name=sludge-pile) should summon a Sludge Beast (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=52165&&name=sludge-beast) but nothing happens after opening the sludge pile. =/
Proof: http://imgur.com/a/iRhQ1 (Before opening the sludge pile) & http://imgur.com/a/VfeTG (Few seconds after opening, no sludge beast) + 0 players completion since the fix. =/

At location, a "Sludge Anomaly" is present, but killing it doesn't count for quest completion...
