Bug description: In 7.2.5 patch this item work very well but in 7.3.5 patch item buged. Indeed hammer of justice doesnt create holy power. I use it in raid and world quests for bosses it doesnt reduce cd of hoj and doesnt produce holy power And for normal mobs it just reduce cd of hoj.
Proof: sorry i cant upload video to show it . its easy to test
