WoW Freakz spell link: Frost Bomb

Bug description: Same as the chaos bolt vs players report, im not sure if this mechanic is implemented here, if it is just reject this, if not then its a bug.

Frost bomb should deal only 70% of it's damage against players according to 5.4 patch notes, and this is before resilience mitigation. Frost bomb actually went through numerous % changes versus players prior to 5.4, it was first 80% then pushed down to 60% because you could detonate it with glyph of fire blast (diferent mechanics in patch 5.1 and below). Finally it was brought back up to 70% in 5.4, since our spells on freakz are technically 5.4 from mechanics standpoint, this should be the correct value.

Just a quick example for clarification, lets say my frost bomb does 100k for simplicity's sake:

Against players it will do 70k instead of 100k.

Then resilience will mitigate this 70k.

Niste calcule rapide pentru a demonstra ca nu este implementata mecanica:

0 pvp power, doar base resil 60% pe player.

Tooltip: 92,948 primary target damage. Contra player ar trebui sa fie (in cazul din screenshot) 70% din 92,948 adica 65,063.

Apoi se aplica 60% base resil la acest 65,063 si ar trebui sa avem 26,025 damage final pe target.

In realitate am dat 37,180.
