WoW Freakz spell link: Nether Tempest
Bug description: Its supposed to snapshot its damage based on your arcane charges at the moment you cast it, for its entire duration. It used to work like that on freakz i remember using it in the early days of legion since it was good. Unfortunately, i recently tried this talent again in mythic+ and found that it updates its damage dyamically based on my arcane charges, shouldnt work like that. Probably got buggy after the general pandemic fix or something, no idea how it happened.

Check mrrobot under Type: Saved Value for proof, as its supposed to save the damage based on arcane charges at the moment of cast for its full duration.
