Info= Touch of the Magi (wowhead link) will also be cast on yourself as a debuff and does no damage after expiration

I don't think it should be casted on caster, Yes i know thinking is not enough -, I've searched for it a lot on youtube, wowhead and battle.net comments but there was no clue about it that i could find

Notify me plz if i'm wrong about this trait
