WoW Freakz spell link: [Cauterize]
Bug description: Cauterize does not proc if the kiling blow is [Pistol Shot] from rogue.

[Pistol Shot] Must be a crit to make Cauterize not proc.

oke so update on cauterize.
Now cauterize does not proc at all after today s restart.
