[FIXED] [Mage][Fire] Artifact Trait Pyretic Incantation not working properly

Bug description: Pyretic Incantation should work like this: If you get a crit you should get a stack, each subsequent crit adds more stacks to a cap of 5x and once you do a non-crit, the buff should dissapear.

At the moment it's applying 1x stack after 2 consecutive crits, and then each crit after that adds one more stack (second part is ok). I know the tooltip says each consecutive crit, but look at the link I provided for proof.

Also, sometimes it seems to just dissapear randomly, for ex: I have 5x stacks, I cast an instant Pyro and get a heating up (meaning I got a crit), but my stacks are gone. I have a hard time figuring out what exactly causes the disappearing stacks, because I can't reproduce it easily, but I notice it on my TellMeWhen.

*Also Meteor crit doesn't apply Pyretic Incantation, though I am not really sure it should apply, it doesn't appear on the Blacklist on AskMrRobot: http://www.askmrrobot.com/wow/theory/mechanic/spell/pyreticincantation?spec=MageFire&&version=7_1_5_23420

At 1:12-1:13 you can see that in his opener he has Heating Up (that means just 1 crit) and 1x stack of Pyretic. Use J and K to move frame by frame to see.

I started wondering about Pyretic when i was looking at logs and seeing mages having insane uptime on it in the realm of 60-80%, while I barely get it while playing.

hi i find out when you get a critical with enhanced-pyrotechnics (wowhead link) Pyretic Incantation dosent occurs and just another little thing im not sure about this maybe im wrong but what about DoT Criticals Like Living Bomb because even mirror images procce Pyretic Incantation and as it said each critical can procce to Pyretic Incantation

Mirror Images currently proc Pyretic.

To put it simply: you should get 1x stack if you get a crit, not if you get 2 in a row how it currently is on freakz.

Also, checking askmrrobot it seems that periodic spells don't proc Pyretic:

Although I don't know about the final explosion from living bomb if it should count as periodic or not.

Its simple DoTs don't trigger nor consume the buff.
