[FIXED] [Mage][Fire][Legendary] Kael'thas's ultimate ability proc chains

Bug description:
- Legendary bracer proc being consumed after using the previous bracer proc + Hotstreak pyro , after hitting the target if the proc triggers again after using the Hot streak pyro.
- It shouldn't consume the new bracer proc if it procs from the last hot streak pyro + hard casted pyro.

As you can see, at the start of the link, he uses a hardcasted pyro and gained another bracer proc and manage to keep it for another hard casted pyro.
In freakz, once that situation happens, the gained bracer proc will be consumed after the 1st hardcasted pyro hits the target. So Fire mages as of right now cannot have bracer proc chains. You have to use the hotstreak AFTER the hardcasted pyro hit so your next bracer proc won't be consumed bythe 1st hardcasted pyro.
