[FIXED] [Mage] [Fire] Multiple Cauterize

WoW Freakz spell link: Cauterize (wowhead link)
Bug description: After activation Cauterize most of the times dosen't aplly the Cauterized CD buff, after hitting 0 HP activates Cauterize again, increasing movment speed and HP AGAIN, it can happen several times consecutively... (3 times max for me - arena- couldn't survive longer)
lot's of firemages may be angry on me, It's been fun but it's still a bug and needs to be corrected.
Proof: It's on for all Fire Mages for a few days now

confirming , i saw it allways twice , i think when u use ice block durring first , it will delete your cautherize debuff. so it will proc again if u are about to die, not sure tho i dont play fire mage but ye in arena allways double lol

Just block get rid of cauterize debuff so u will get the proc again when u are about to die
