WoW Freakz spell link: Brain Freeze (wowhead link) , Winter's Chill (wowhead link)
Bug description: Once a mage uses their Brain Freeze proc to apply the Winter's Chill debuff to the target other mages in the area (in a party or not) can benifit from your Winter's Chill debuff by using Ice Lance (wowhead link) directly after. This shouldn't happen.
