[FIXED] [Mage][Frost] Frostbolt aggro

Bug description: Hello Gms, I send first ticket report and asked if I can just describe what is the problem about the frost bolt spell. So while casting it the moment before the spell hits the target the target is already aggroed and in the movement toward caster. So I just wanted to ask if that is suppose to do like that or that is a bug. Thank you very much in advance!

A natural mob Aggro-ed right after Frostbolt finished cast, but it didnt do any damage YET, the spell/projectile didnt reach the target just yet. See recount/mob's HP

A second after 1st screenshot, Frostbolt reached target, did its damage and got slow effect... mob is halfway to the player

Other frost spells aggro mobs only after they actually take damage... either way the bug is not game breaking... and u meet it only during leveling, which is extremely fast at x10.

Confirmed. Frostbolt should aggro only when it hits the target.
