Wow Freaks mage talent FROST spec only talent lvl 15 Ray of frost

Bug description: im uploading two videos to youtube based on this bug. one video is how its supposed to work in retail the other is how it works on wow-freakz.com legion needs to be fixed if not at least looked into as it is part of frost mage's main rotation.

but yes, ray of frost is great and should be fixed on freakz...
