[FIXED] [Mage] [Frost] Unstable Magic - Icicles damage not working properly!

I am Completely naked except weapon therefore i have 23% mastery. frostbolt tooltip sais 66485 so that works correctly.
Math prooves that 23% of 66485 is about 15300, that should be damage of each icicle.
As you can see in the photo:
Frostbolt did 66484 correct
Icelance does incorrect damage but its already been posted, not gonna go into it.
Unstable magic does correct damage, 50% of frostbolt
But HERE comes the most interesting part.
as you can clearly see i did only 1 frostbolt, procced unstable magic for half the damage, then ICE NINE talent procced and gave me 2 icicles, dumped with ice lance.
SO what happened?
Basicly black ice only procs when it launches towards the target, therefore it calculates the damage of the normal icicle and if chance procs turns into black ice to do double damage, this WORKS CORRECTLY!

The problem is that the proc from unstable magic overwrited the icicle damage so instead of 15300 i did only half of that. Black ice then calculated 100% and doubled the damage.

Please fix this unstable magic - icicle issue, until then avoid playing unstable magic.

OK so, i was the one that noticed this at first and i thought that the free icicles generated by Ice Nine trait were not taking into account the fb damage, but its not the case. I can now confirm that these very small icicles are triggered by Unstable Magic, somehow when unstable magic procs the icicle stores that damage instead of frostbolt's damage.
In this test i have 45,20% mastery

As you can see the lowest icicle did 34707 , lowest unstable magic did 76791.

76791*0,452 = 34709, exact damage we see in the icicle. Btw its so nice to have working decimals now

TL:DR, When unstable magic procs on frostbolt, the icicle stores the damage of unstable magic instead of frostbolt. Ofc this automatically affects Black Icicles too.
