Bug description:My upload speed is awful,i have all recorded,but it would take 3hrs on yt.So basically what happens if you cast flurry/ice lance fast enough before the Brain freeze Or Fingers of frost proc,you will get Proc damage on normal casted ice lance/flurry which is huge dps output as you can see on second picture both flurry were critical strikes,this is very easy to test.

Are you trying to say that if you hardcast Flurry before getting the Brain Freeze proc, it will benefit from the increased Brain Freeze damage?

Think what he is trying to say is that if u get the Brain Freeze of Fingers fo Frost proc u can use one proc on both flurry and ice lance if u cast them fast enough

Ah I got what he is trying to say. Basically if you start casting flurry and in the meantime you get brain freeze proc (like you can cast ebon bolt and start casting flurry right after), flurry you are casting will benefit from that proc but won't consume it so u can use another flurry right after you finish casting the first one. That way you can use 2x flurry on one brain freeze proc (and both of them will benefit from that proc).
