Bug description: Ignite shouldn't spread on targets with cc like: sap from monk/rogue, feral druid incap , rogue blind

As far as I know, it doesn't spread to CC'd units. I just checked my script, I exclude all units that have "breakable by damage auras" (such as sap, blind, ring of frost, etc)

I was playing feral/fire mage and was spreading all the time on my Enraged Maim . Also sometimes Enraged Maim didn't even remove the ignite from target.

The real ignite's bug: When Ignite is spread on "neutral" mobs it causing a combat bug until you kill them. Furthermore those mobs don't attack you. The problem is when there are many "neutral" mobs. But i'll make another post to explain it better with proofs

@quicksand u fixed it for most of the spells but for feral incap is not working at all.

@Warbike that's sort off-topic. This topic is exclusively for Ignite vs CC.

@Ragenandez @rikymaru94 for some reason blizzard did not mark Enraged Maim as "breakable by damage", so when I checked if the target has breakable by damage auras, it returned false if only Enraged Maim was applied. It is rather weird, since other spells like polymorph/sap, etc are all marked by blizzard. Added the flag for Enraged Maim as well, Ignite should no longer spread to targets affected by it
