Bug description: The spell is not available by the portal trainers and neither is the teleport to dalaran northrend spell but there is a quest in dragonblight where you can get the teleport to dalaran as a reward.

Only portal should be avaialable (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=53142&&&&name=portal-dalaran-northrend) to learn from trainer, "teleport" is only available from quest.
