Bug description: Ice ward nu functioneaza deloc . Ar trebui sa ii inghete pe cei care dau cu melee hit in tn.

E valid in continuare. Nu se activeaza la orice melee hit, ci se activeaza doar dupa ce trec 20 de secunde din bufful de Ice Ward.
Daca mage pune ice ward si un rogue da melee hits pe el, rogue o sa ia roots la primul hit dupa 20 de secunde de cand a activat Ice Ward (cand mai are 10 secunde din buff).
1. mage pune iceward - t0=0
2. rogue da melee hits pe mage pana la t1=20
3. Rogue ia roots de la mage la primul hit dat in urmatoarele secunde.

Mai exact se activa abia dupa ce trecea cooldownul spellului, fixed
