Bug description: You can cast 2 Fireball buffed with Tinder if you are in a far range. This is exploitable because the buff of Tinder should be removed exactly when you finish to cast completly a Fireball but now is removed only when it reach to the target.
Buff isn't removed when you cast a Fireball on Immune target(this is how it should work).

This kind of bug affect also other spell, like the marked shot that was fixed today by @Quicksand. So i suggest to check if there are other bug like this with spells

Proof: It's hard to proof it with screenshot, please test it i'm sure that is bugged, sorry for this.
