[FIXED] [Maut] Drain Essence

Right now the mana is not removed properly from [Drain Essence](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=314992) . Whenever Drain Essence expires and if there are any allies within the 10 yard range of the person that had the debuff the ally mana should be removed as well.

Curently the only part where the logic works properly is whenever players are getting dispelled.

>Note - As per the game mechanic logic it is understood that Maut is gaining passive Mana for as long as healers are not dispelling the debuff. As well the damage effect and "mana" should be dealt to anyone within the 10 yrd radius if the ability is to be **expired.**
