[FIXED] Maw of Souls - Helya's bugs (tentacles/holes)

Bug description: This issue was marked as fixed, but we still have the same amount of holes as before (unless the fix wasn't applied yet for any reason). From what I've seen in retail's videos, at the beginning of 2nd phase there should be only 3 holes. Then, each submerge phase should add 1 more, making it harder the longer you take her down to 70%.

There are some things that weren't originally reported that is making this fight really hard:
- Piercing Tentacles shouldn't be used at all during phase 2 (80-70% health), only in submerged phase (watched a lot of m+ videos from 7.3.5 and couldn't see a single one bursting out when Helya was active)
- Piercing Tentacle's animation is a bit off. The water splash should happen before it spawns, but right now it is happening 1-1.5 seconds after it already spawned. This bug makes it harder to watch out for them, making it look like they swipe a bit faster than they should. (5:00)
- Piercing Tentacles can spawn in a hole where a Destructor Tentacle is active, when obviously they shouldn't.
- Right now you can get knockback even if you don't fall inside a hole. (6:30)

Also, new bugs may have appeared after latest fixes (mainly the RP fix, I guess):
- The 1st time you engage Helya there'll be targetable Swirling Pools, exactly on the places where the holes spawn throughout the encounter. (1:19)
- Also, the first 3 tentacles are duplicated, and if you attack "the wrong" one Helya won't engage in combat. If you kill 1 of them the other despawns, though. (2:06)

edit: as of today (april 7), at least in RDF hc both bugs didn't happen, so maybe the fix wasn't applied yet when I tried it 2 days ago

These are 2 minor bugs in this fight:
- Destructor Tentacles are spawning always in the same spot. They should be able to spawn anywhere after the 1st one is dead.
- There's a visual bug in Grasping Tentacles when they die, appearing in the middle of the ship before despawning. (3:06 / 3:29)
edit: as of today (april 7) they don't visually bug anymore, but melee attacks can't reach them. Only AoE and ranged attacks/spells.
