**How should it work:**
Your healing spells have a chance to deliver a burst of 563 healing splits among your target and nearby allies and granting you 154 Haste for 9 sec. Deals increased healing when healing multiple allies. (Item Level 155)

**How it is working right now:**
It doesn't give the Haste buff to the caster.
