[FIXED] [Misc][Legendary] Hunter's Surging Shots

This Legendary Power should proc at Aimed Shot cast, at the moment it's on Aimed Shot hit

Aimed Shot is resetting Rapid Fire at damage done; **SHOULD** be at cast.

The chance to reset Rapid Fire seems to be cumulative so if you Multi-Shot and hit 5 targets with Aimed Shot, every Aimed Shot damage has 15% chance to reset Rapid Fire and that shouldn't be the case; could be related to the issue above?
