[FIXED] [Misc][item][9.1] Shard of Annhylde's Aegis

## Description of the bug

The second utility of this trinket isn't working

## How to reproduce

Take at least 18K damage and see if you do damage to the ennemies around you

## How it should be

If the Aegis absorbs at least 17947 damage, it becomes overcharged and will expel coalesced power, dealing 2858 Holy damage to all enemies in front of you as it expires. (1 Min, 30 Sec Cooldown)

Other issues:

The damage part of the trinket triggers even without taking enough damage to the absorb while its active

There seems to be an issue with scaling (my guess is wrong scaling with versatility) on the item, as you can see from the difference in absorb shields that i linked our server compared to retail with similar gear

Absorb from the trinket should only activate after other active absorbs get depleted, right now it prioritized over other absorbs.

Trinket is absorbing whole hit instead of a maximum cap (written in tooltip); As you can see it says "up to 5000 (example) damage" so if I get hit for 6000 damage, 5k of them will be absorbed;
