Are you sure you weren't daily capped when you went to check those Qs?

Your post is confusing... First you say you're sure about NOT being daily capped. Then you say you have no other daily Qs to do... DAFUQ? Please make a screenshot of your quest log and post it here.

The quests are there. I can see them.

in The first Screen You can See that npc http://www.wowhead.com/npc=29146 odesnt offer me any Quests, And also in neart disatance is vissible A Blue question mark which means i didnt caped any dailies.

i wanted to say not that i have completed 25 dailies , but i wanted to say that i dont have where dailies to do, i've done everything in tol barad long ago, and argent tournamnt, and etc, so my daily cap is always is 0/25

if the Npc are friendly with me , and you can see that other npcs giving Qeusts, so i think its Obvious that frenzyheart is exalted

On the 2 screens you've posted I only see 2 npcs and they are with yellow names(they always are) which doesn't tell me much. But if you say you're exalted then idk what else to say... I'm exalted with them and I have all daily quests available.
