[FIXED] [MoP] Thermal Anvil missing on Alliance

Bug description: Only Horde can learn this spell from Guyo Crystalgear, Alliance should be able to learn it from Sally Fizzlefury. As you can see in the image below I have more than 25 skill but the spell cannot be learned and it's missing from the trainer.
