Bug description: Artifact Trait Smashed gives Keg Smash an extra 10 yd range from 15 to 25 yds. When a Double Barrel buffed Keg Smash is cast from 15 yd or closer the spell causes both the damage bonus and stun effect correctly. When a Double Barrel buffed Keg Smash is cast from 16-25 yd range (the bonus range gained from Smashed) it will cause the bonus 50% damage but NOT the stun effect from Double Barrel.

to recreate this bug you can un-equip your artifact weapon to get rid of the Smashed range bonus, stand just out of range of the target, then re-equip your Artifact weapon and use Keg Smash. This makes it easy to test the 16 yd or longer range on targets.

Confirmed, going over the base range (15 yards) of Keg Smash will make Double Barrel not work.
