[FIXED] [Monk][Brewmaster] Black Ox Brew (Talent)

Bug description: Ability doesn't get it's cooldown reduced, as it doesn't act like a brew. Brewmasters abilities, Keg Smash and Tiger Palm, both reduces the cooldown of all brews. This includes: Ironskin Brew, Purifying Brew, Fortifying Brew AND Black Ox Brew. Although the bug is, that the cooldown of Black Ox Brew doesn't get affected by the cooldown reduction. It simply doesn't act like a brew as it should.

Secondly you can see the cooldowns after a couple of Keg Smash and Tiger Palms: http://imgur.com/a/hZeEE

The cooldown of Ironskin Brew and Purifying Brew is reduced a lot and have almost 2 stacks already. Their cooldown has been reduced by around 30 sec, but Black Ox Brew isn't reduced at all, and has only moved 15 sec manually.

[Evydence]

Only Tiger Palm should reduce the CD on Black Ox Brew.
