Hotfix:PvP template Versatility increased by 30%.
PvP template Haste increased by 25%.

Again my retail vs freakz template compare

Retail pvp template:

Proof in spoiler - video shows stats at 0:20 (recorded 17.07.2017 after hotfix)

(had to cut 2 screens togheter as my stat sheet scrolls down)

Regarding the buffs from retail guy he has versatility feast which is not relevant difference for a 30% tempalte increase.
1300 agi flask i will add to my stats compared below.

Conclusion template stats (ilvl 859 vs 859):
Retail vs Freakz (very little stat deviation possible due to small ilvl difference)
agi = 25288 vs 23459 + 1300 (flask) = 24759 (not ok?)
crit = 28% vs 27.7% ok
haste = 24% vs 18.9% not ok
versatility = 4% vs ??? (missing in freakz stat sheet proof below)
mastery = 12% vs 12.43% ok
(ignore stamina, that stat is modified by trait)

Missing stats/hotfixes:
Haste
18,9% x 1.25 (jun 29) = 23.6% ok
Versatility
couldn't test but same hotfix Jun 29 so very likely to be missing too
Agility missing?
24759 x 1.01 = 25006 (1% stat difference is not enough to proof a bug here)

Other bugs:
Versatility is not showing in pvp flagged areas

I disabled all addons, when I enter arena my versa is no longer shown as brewmaster monk.
