Bug description: If I have the glyph, I cannot instantly cast Surging Mist while channeling Soothing Mist.
Proof: Proof doar ingame, poate fi verificat de oricine usor. (doar echipezi glyphul si incerci)

Confirm, and it should heal the target of your soothing mist even if you have the glyph.
