[FIXED] [Monk][Mistweaver] PvP Mistweaver Intellect, Damage, Soothing Mist etc @June 29th Hotfixes

Hotfix:
Soothing Mist healing reduced by 20% in PvP situations.
Soothing Mist healing cast by Jade Serpent Statue reduced by 20% in PvP situations.
Healing of the Ancient Mistweaver Arts version of Soothing Mist reduced by 20%.
Way of the Crane heals for 175% of damage dealt (was 200%).
PvP template Intellect increased by 3%.
Damage dealt in PvP reduced by 5%.

To confirm this bug i compared retail to freakz pvp templates (as i did with pala/priest already).

Retail pvp template:

Proof retail in spoiler - stats seen at 0:36:
(video uploaded 18.07.2017, ingame calendar shows 17 so it's very likely to be recorded after 11.07 hotfixes)

Freakz pvp template:


Conclusion template stats (ilvl 887 vs 887):
Retail vs Freakz (very little stat deviation possible due to small ilvl difference)
int = 31579 vs 28701 not ok
crit = 23% vs 23.2% ok
haste = 19% vs 19.41% ok
versatility = 20% vs 19.92% ok
mastery = 341% vs 340.57% ok
mana regen = 41800 vs 44000 not ok
(ignore stamina, that stat is modified by trait)

Missing stats/hotfixes:
Intellect
28701 x 1.03 (June 29) = 29562 not ok
29562 x 1.07 = 31631 ok
3% hotfix June 29 missing and another 7% hotfix (somewhere between 7.1.5/7.2.5 missing too).
June 13 had template int hotfix to many healers, maybe blizz forgot to list changes to mw?

Mana regen
44000 x 0.9 (-10% hotfix july 11) = 39600 not equal to 41800 not ok
44000 x 0.95 (-5%) = 41800 ok?
No clue whats going on here, still the hotfix to mana regen seems to be missing.
I think there is nothing that would increase your mana regen as i checked talents/traits and the guy in the video also has no particular buff active...
Probably mw monk had 5% buff to mana regen and july 11 nerfed this by 10% (assumption).


Regarding the other changes I didn't test,
but as template hotfix is missing there is a high probability these are missing too.
Also you can check retail videos, here is a channel with many mw 7.2.5 pvp videos recorded after hotfixes (11.07-08.2017 before 7.3)
