[FIXED] [Monk][Mistweaver] Soothing Mist vs. Spell steal

Bug description: During arena matches against mages I've got my Soothing Mist stolen (idk if it was traited with kleptomania) and it stuck on the mage permanently. It persisted after countless re-triggers of a "new" Soothing Mist on me and my partner, while the stolen buff still remains on the mage for a 40k/s free heal.
Proof: I am not a 100% sure it's a bug, but I was unable to find similar questions on blizz forums.

P.S. Sorry if it works as intended, but it feels like it should dissipate from mage as I trigger a new instance of soothing mist, because it displays as my buff in mage's buff row.

For your information, the stolen Soothing Mist does NOT heal, but it's still a bug. Fixed
