Bug description: Casting Enveloping Mist while channeling Soothing Mist no longer consumes Thunder Focus Tea.
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/51TPd trust my photo i used thunder focus tea , soothing mist and used enveloping mist , thunder focus tea charge dissapear , easy to test
