Bug description: The spell should increase your current health by 20% of your total health, not by 20% of your current health. That's why blizzard changed the tooltip in WoD, now saying: '' Turns your skin to stone, increasing your current and maximum health by 20%. ''
Proof:

So, If i have 90k ( 469k being my total HP ) current hp, it will increase my current HP by 20% of that current HP instead of increasing it by 20% of my total health.

1:02 - 1:05. Watch closely, the monk gets from 280k current health to 373k after using Fortifying Brew.
If we try the same scenario here, with the same amount of HP, you'll get from 280k to only a 330k, making it a big current HP loss.
